Site Visit to Jessville
The project comprises the construction of a new tower with a 15 storey building on a 3-level ancillary building as well as the renovation, repair and improvement works to the existing Jessville House.
Jessville built in the Italian renaissance style in 1929 by William Ngartse Thomas Tam, Legislative Councilor from 1929 to 1941 and father-in-law of Sir Yang Ti- liang.
